At the start of her Live Event career, Vanessa Arscott worked as a tour manager for artists such as Hawksley Workman and Sarah Harmer from 2002 to 2004. She was contracted by House of Blues Canada in 2005 to be their production manager and promoter rep for clubs and theatres. Vanessa joined the Live Nation Canada team in 2009 as the Senior Production Manager responsible for executing concerts in all types of venues including Air Canada Centre. By 2011, she created her own company & now, as Plan V Productions, Vanessa has gained experience managing production & artist logistics for large outdoor festivals, corporate events and indie show cases throughout Toronto and Southern Ontario.
With over 15 years of event, artist & logistic experience, Reuben has developed a multi-faceted skill set in the industry. His early years were spent developing a event production company in Halifax, NS until he left for Toronto in 2005 and joined indie label Six Shooter Records. He further branched out into tour management for both Canadian & International artist's as well as working production & stage management events for Field Trip, Wayhome, Boots & Hearts, Ink Entertainment, Goldenvoice, CMW, NXNE, Luminato, The City Of Toronto & The Polaris Music Prize. He joined Plan V Productions in 2013.
Brayden is a graduate of Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA. Having spent his whole life performing music, he jumped into the production world with two rounds of award seasons working for the Glenn Gould Foundation. Starting with Plan V Productions in 2012, Brayden worked as a PA for arena shows and small festivals, building the skills that have turned him into an effective production coordinator and festival coordinator for larger and larger festivals. When not on site, you can often find Brayden riding a bike, or climbing a wall.
